The SD25U compact crawler mini excavator is a versatile workhorse designed specifically for confined working spaces.
It is widely used in landscaping, residential foundation excavation, pipeline trenching, farmland renovation, urban renewal, municipal pipeline installation and small demolition projects.
With an operating weight of 2450KG, it is equipped with the world-renowned Yanmar 3TNV80F 3-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine, featuring stable operation, low fuel consumption and long service life.
At a rated speed of 2400 rpm, the engine delivers a maximum power of 14.6kW (19.8 HP) with a displacement of 1.268L.
It runs on No.2-D diesel fuel, providing consistent and stable power output for heavy-duty tasks while keeping operating costs under control.
This machine features two travel speed modes: 2.3 km/h for low speed and up to 4.1 km/h for high speed.
It achieves a gradeability of 30° and a ground pressure of only 27kPa, so it is less likely to sink when working on soft ground such as lawns and muddy soil.
The maximum bucket breakout force reaches 33KN, enabling easy excavation of hard soil and light rock.
It delivers outstanding digging performance: maximum digging radius of 4040mm, maximum digging depth of 2200mm, maximum digging height of 3744mm and maximum dumping height of 2670mm.
The unique side-swing boom design allows 45° swing to the left and 78° swing to the right.
Operators can work close to walls, fences and buildings without frequent repositioning of the whole machine.
Transport dimensions: 3870mm (L) × 1420mm (W) × 2360mm (H). The ground clearance is 250mm for smooth travel over uneven terrain.
Boom length: 2010mm; arm length: 1285mm. Track shoe width: 250mm; track shoe length: 1895mm, which ensures great stability during digging.
The standard bucket has a width of 450mm and a capacity of 0.08m³, perfectly suited for small earthmoving works.
