In heavy-duty KENSAN screens, the top layer is equipped with a cast grill or a hardox-perforated steel sheet to prevent damage and wear caused by large materials.

Special bearings resistant to vibration are installed in the screen's body with a shaft, which is driven by adaptable weights at both ends of the shaft. The screen has elliptical vibration at the front and rear parts and circular vibration in the middle. The vibrating body is installed on the main frame using a sufficient number of heavy-duty coil springs.
Typically, the product crushed at the primary stage is sent directly to the product elevator without entering the secondary crusher. This prevents excess material from entering the secondary crusher and leads to an increase in capacity.
