Production Steps
1. Main Mix (Gel Base) Preparation
Gelatin, pectin, sugar, glucose, and flavorings are cooked at low temperatures in special boilers. This base forms the outer layer of the product.
2. Filling Preparation
Fillings such as fruit puree, chocolate sauce, vitamin mix, or liquid candy are prepared in a separate tank. Their viscosity is adjusted to suit the filling system.
3. Simultaneous Injection System
A specially designed coaxial (dual-flow) nozzle system synchronously injects both the gel base and filling mixture into the molds. This ensures a perfectly centered filling in the center of the candy.
4. Molding and Cooling
The filled mixture is poured into silicone or starch molds and allowed to gel in the cooling tunnel. This process can be adjusted depending on the product form (soft, dense, etc.).
5. Mold Removal and Coating
The candies are removed from the mold. Optionally, acidic powder, sugar, oil coating, or polishing can be applied.
6. Packaging
Final products are automatically packaged in flowpack, doypack, blister, or clear packaging.

Üretim Aşamaları
1. Ana Karışım (Jel Baz) Hazırlığı
Jelatin, pektin, şeker, glikoz ve aroma maddeleri özel kazanlarda düşük sıcaklıkta pişirilir. Bu baz, ürünün dış kısmını oluşturur.
2. Dolgu Hazırlığı
Ayrı bir tankta meyve püresi, çikolata sosu, vitamin karışımı veya sıvı şeker gibi dolgular hazırlanır. Viskozitesi dolum sistemine uygun hale getirilir.
3. Eşzamanlı Enjeksiyon Sistemi
Özel tasarımlı koaksiyel (çift akışlı) nozul sistemi, hem jel baz hem dolgu karışımını senkronize şekilde kalıplara enjekte eder. Böylece şekerin ortasında tam merkezli bir dolgu elde edilir.
4. Kalıplama ve Soğutma
Dolgulu karışım, silikon veya nişasta kalıplara dökülür ve soğutma tünelinde jelleşmesi sağlanır. Bu süreç ürün formuna göre ayarlanabilir (yumuşak, yoğun dolgulu vb.).
5. Kalıptan Ayırma ve Kaplama
Şekerler kalıptan çıkarılır. İsteğe bağlı olarak asitik toz, şeker, yağ kaplama veya parlatma işlemi yapılabilir.
6. Ambalajlama
